Dancing

There is a man in the church in Accra who has organized a youth dance group. What I was told was that he started it to help youth stay out of trouble, to teach them about their culture, and to help them make money to get out of dire situations. They perform all over Ghana for groups earning money. They came to the stake center and performed for us for free.
These two were some of my favorite dancers. They really put their whole heart into it and were awesome! She was by far the best girl dancer there.
The group dancing.
This guy also gave it his all. this dance involved hitting sticks together in different rhythms.
A male grass skirt dance.
The drummers.
My neighbor kids getting involved in dancing. I'll post some videos of the group above later today. I wish I could tell you what all the dances signified and their purpose, but I couldn't remember all of that.
