I must pay tribute to the peanut lady. This woman shells her peanuts or ground nuts and then roasts them! Oh! Not everyone roasts the nuts, but it makes them soooo good. We bought nuts on a regular basis from her. My dad came out to visit and loved them so much that he bought 5 jars from her and then when we were coming home we bought one more for him because he was just craving them. Everyone that partook of the blessed nuts loved them as well. Ode to the peanut lady! Too bad we can't get anymore :(
