We decided to take a trip to Marion, Ohio to visit some great...no awesome, friends.
Our friends the Logues had a beautiful little baby girl and we were going to visit them and see her for the first time. She was 3 months. She is modeling a cute swimsuit I bought for her.
We went to the Jack Hanna Columbus Zoo with them.
They have an amazing polar bear exhibit there.
This is Martin, their little boy they adopted from Ethiopia. He's growing sooo much!!!
There was the cutest baby gorilla there and also the amazing gorilla bum picture that you saw on a previous post. That huge gorilla was disgusting and the back side was the better view. Why? Because he was eating...something originally, but was throwing it back up in his hands and then eating it again out of his hands or smearing it onto the ground first before eating it again. So many people were running out of there trying to not throw up, including Andrea. It was sick! Craig of course said, "That's awesome!"
Just a cute pic.
We came home and I took the kids to the Indiana State Fair with some friends. It was my first time going to this state fair. It was pretty awesome. Here is Spencer, who is afraid of every animal possible, trying to pet a baby calf.
Some giant tractors were a hit with the kids.
I also babysit every Monday for some friends of mine. There youngest really likes to play with our car. He's just so cute and the perfect size.
Rachel started 2nd grade! Can you believe it! I can't. Notice the silly bands? They are just the coolest thing ever apparently. (and just so you know. It's now December and though they are still pretty neat, they just aren't as cool anymore......the fad is fading).
